We can’t thank you enough for listing, selling, and closing our condominium at North Coast Village in approximately 90 days. Your professionalism was incredible and your team is unbeatable. Our only regret is that in 2008 when the market was changing we didn’t list with you then. We listed with another agent as she was a friend and we knew she needed the income. Well, we lost as she didn’t have the waiting buyers that your group has and so the market continued to drop us right into a short sale.
You kept us abreast of all that was happening and when we called with a question you got back to us immediately. Between you and Linda Albert you got it approved and closed. We also understand that working with short sales is twice as hard and much more emotional than a regular sale.
