I worked part time for a competitor of Steve & Susan’s. Since I had access to the MLS, I did the research and found they were selling many more homes in North Coast Village than other agents. After meeting Steve, I made the decision to quit my job and to list with Steve & Susan. We had lived in our condominium for 13 years. Steve & Susan brought in painters and workers and suggested just the right colors that would go with any Décor. Susan then staged the condominium. They were able to find a buyer for our home and close before our first payment was due on our new house! My wife and I are each former real estate agents, and neither of us have ever seen someone work so selflessly and hard for a client as Steve & Susan did for us. We could never thank them enough.
