Within five minutes of our first meeting, Steve and Susan Caudill made us feel safe and at ease. Immediately we recognized not only their down-to-earth nature, but their sincere interest in assisting people in purchasing, and to negotiate and thoroughly search for listings suitable to us. They were so extremely attentive that we always felt like their only clients! And, far exceeding our expectations, the Caudills helped us find our home in just under a week! We still keep in touch with both Steve and Susan and consider the two of them good friends.
